Meet the client

Autopia is the first digital car service that helps you repair your car without having to go to the repair shop. Autopia staff picks up your car from the place you choose and brings it back, repaired and washed. You can see all the important information through the mobile app.

The problem

Autopia's branding and UI design were not cohesive, leading to a fragmented and unreliable user experience. Also, using multiple colors and types confused and undermined trust in the innovative company. In addition, the app had usability issues that made it difficult for users to use the features effectively.

The solution

I transformed Autopia's identity by implementing streamlined brand guidelines, cohesive assets, and a memorable logo that conveyed the brand's value proposition in a fresh, modern way. The new identity was a hit with the community, who immediately responded positively to the refreshed visual identity.

The result

The mobile app was designed with Gen Z and Millennials in mind, targeting users who prioritize their time, car, and finances. To support this, the design needed to reflect a sense of innovation, calmness, and relaxation. I achieved this through the use of rounded shapes, clear fonts, and a refreshing color palette, creating a trustworthy and secure environment that made the online car service experience easy and enjoyable. The result was a user-centered design that was practical, clean, and easy to use.
