The problem

Rubix Insights is a SaaS analytics tool that provides e-commerce stores with instant access to data to understand and optimize their marketing campaigns. Its customizable dashboards display various performance metrics, including sales results, customer retention, and more, enabling automated and comprehensive e-commerce reporting.

The solution

While the UX designer focused on researching and gathering insights from user interviews, I focused on all aspects of user experience and interface design. My goal was to create a cohesive and consistent product image that accurately reflected the company's values and message to its audience. This involved designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, as well as ensuring that the user journey was smooth and seamless. By working closely together and combining our expertise, I was able to deliver a high-quality product that resonated with our Rubix's target audience.
