ShopHire is a recruitment marketing platform with all the tools needed to attract candidates and showcase employer brand such as careers page, job postings, custom application forms, candidate questionnaires, social media marketing and applicant tracking.

The problem

I was contacted by the ShopHire team to redesign their brand identity and website to better reflect the company's distinct character. As the Art Director, I led the branding project and established the visual direction for the website. My main focus was to create a cohesive and consistent brand image that effectively conveyed the company's values and message to its target audience. This involved conducting research and gathering insights on the company's brand, as well as working closely with the founder to ensure that all elements of the website aligned with the established brand direction. My ultimate goal was to create a website that accurately represented the company's unique character and resonated with its target audience.

I revamped ShopHire's identity by introducing streamlined brand guidelines, cohesive assets, and a memorable logo that conveyed the brand's value proposition in a modern and innovative manner. The new identity was well-received by the community, who immediately expressed their appreciation for the refreshed visual identity.
